Runs slightly large: take your usual size, no need to size up.

Two years in, this is the longest-lasting pair of slippers our editor has ever owned. Warm and comfortable enough to wear all day, every day, except in summer when open sandals win. The tough outsole is a big part of why they last, and the suede ages well: a suede eraser takes care of marks, and the natural patina actually looks good.

One tip from two years of daily wear: swap in plush insoles (the same kind as the UGG lining) once the original footbed packs down. It extends the life of the pair well beyond what the sole alone would give. Note that UGG officially recommends sizing up between sizes; after two years, our advice is the opposite.
